Order Deadlines
- – For December 24 pick-up: Orders must be placed before Saturday, December 20 at 11:59 PM.
- – For December 31 pick-up: Orders must be placed before Saturday, December 27 at 11:59 PM.
Pick-Up Times
- – Orders can only be picked up in-store from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- – South Store pick-ups: We need to arrange food transportation in advance to ensure your order is ready on time.

- – South Store: 6926 104 St NW
Payment & Deposits
- – A 50% down payment is required to proceed with your order.
- – Cancellation Policy: Down payments are non-refundable if the order is canceled 2 days before the pick-up date.

- 2. Fill out the order form or call/email.
- 3. Make the 50% down payment.

- 5. Make the remaining 50% payment in store tills

- Can I modify my order after it has been placed?
- Yes, you may request changes by emailing our Sales representative. Please ensure all modifications are submitted before the specified deadlines.
- What should I do if I anticipate being late for my scheduled pick-up?
- If you expect to be late for your order pick-up, please call us to let us know. Our team will also attempt to contact you by phone. Orders are available for pick-up between 11 AM and 4 PM on your selected date.
- Is it possible for someone else to pick up my order on my behalf?
- Yes, this is permitted. To ensure a smooth hand-off, kindly notify us in advance via email if an alternate person will be collecting your order.
